According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization, and other high level public health data sources, there is a serious threat of an avian (bird) flu pandemic that would have a tremendous global public health impact.

In this one-hour program, Dr. Barbara Wallace and Dr. Perry Smith address the impact of an influenza pandemic on public health organizations and communities at the state, federal, and international levels.
