From the deaths of a few young gay white men in 1981, to epidemic and pandemic proportions today, HIV/AIDS is a devastating public health challenge that disproportionately impacts communities of color in this country and throughout the globe. This one-hour program from the University at Albany School of Public Health’s “Public Health Live – T2B2” Series, addresses where the public health community is now, 25 years into this devastating global public health problem.
